Join Sweetser's Clinical Team as a Crisis Clinical Supervisor! Provides clinical leadership, direction and oversight of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Program, Crisis Aftercare, and OPTIONS program (Overdose Prevention through Intensive Outreach, Naloxone, and Safety) in the assigned district(s). Ensures the delivery of the highest quality of services to clients experiencing psychiatric crises and SUD/OUD. Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the program, supervising program staff, supporting care coordination and integration of available services and resources on behalf of clients. Some direct service will be provided but the essential job duties are supervisory.

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years post bachelor's experience in a mental health setting - crisis services and supervisory experience preferred. EDUCATION: Master's Degree in professional clinical discipline LICENSURE: LCSW, LCPC, LMSW-cc, LCPCc
