The Overnight Coordinator provides overnight operational leadership and support to Adult and Children's Residential Services, with a primary focus on the Children's Residential Program. The position is responsible for ensuring safe, consistent, trauma-informed care during overnight hours through staff coordination, shift oversight, scheduling support, and monitoring of program operations.The Overnight Coordinator serves as the primary overnight resource for direct care staff, ensuring adherence to established treatment, safety, licensing, and program expectations. This role promotes a therapeutic milieu, supports crisis response and de-escalation efforts, ensures completion of required shift responsibilities, and maintains effective communication between overnight and daytime teams.The Overnight Coordinator models and champions trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relationship-based approaches while supporting staff development, accountability, and quality service delivery.
