Rate: $20-$22 depending on experience
The Crisis Coordinator - CCBHC provides crisis intervention services, assessment and stabilization support to individuals and families experiencing a behavioral health crisis within the community.
This role delivers direct, short-term stabilization services and provides follow-up support for up to 30 days of clinically indicated follow-up care. Additionally, the Coordinator serves a bridge, ensuring seamless collaboration, coordination, and communication between Sweetser’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic team and external Mobile Crisis Providers.

Minimum: Associate’s Degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
MHRT-CSP desirable
Maintain a valid state driver’s license.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years of relevant experience required. Mobile crisis experience preferred.
Lived experience preferred
