Summary:
$2500 Sign-on Bonus
Bring your expertise, enthusiasm and dedication as a Clinician - Behavioral Health Specialist at Pediatrics Associates of Lewiston.  Collaborate with primary care practitioners where they are integrated to provide brief, solution-focused interventions for patients whose overall wellness can be enhanced by a coordination of their physical and behavioral health.

ur ideal candidate will have all required qualifications along with compassion and a sense of humor.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Demonstrate competence in quick and accurate clinical assessment of behavioral health conditions.
Coordinate and manage referrals for behavioral health conditions that require longer term intervention and effectively evaluate crisis situations and employ appropriate interventions.
Exhibit excellent customer service and commitment to team work.
• Ability to utilize technology as a primary support tool in practice
• Demonstrate
knowledge of the trend toward Patient Centered Medical Homes, collocation of behavioral and physical healthcare, and specific behavioral health related issues such as trauma, substance abuse and recovery-oriented care
Possess quality communication skills, excellent working knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and are able to manage the pace of primary care while working with an interdisciplinary team.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE AND EXPERIENCE:
• Master’s degree in Social work
• Independently licensure as a LCSW in Maine
A valid State of Maine driver’s license.
• A minimum of two year
s’ experience in the social work field, working with individuals as well as families

 Persons with lived experience in the Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse system are encouraged to apply.
