ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Works with Sr. Director to develop, implement, evaluate and enforce policies, business rules, programs, budgets, standards and management plans for the area(s) of responsibility. Ensures that all are in compliance with accreditation, licensure, federal, state and local statutes and/or requirements. Is knowledgeable of and enforces all human resource and organization policies.
EDUCATION:• Master’s degree in Social Work, counseling or closely related field with some concentration in family systems and family development required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:• LCSW (IL) required.• Valid state driver’s license
EXPERIENCE:• Five (5) years of related clinical experience • Two (2) years of supervisory experience • Demonstrated track record of success in supervising a team of professional clinicians• Demonstrated knowledge/experience in managing program budgets• Demonstrated experience with utilizing trend data in management planning efforts
