Summary:
Sweetser is searching for a Clinician to work part time at our Private Non-Medical Institute (PNMI). Within the framework of recovery and resiliency provides client centered therapy to individuals in the PNMI program.

Flexible schedule for a part time clinician!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Completes timely biopsychosocial assessments of individuals admitted to the PNMI
  • Collaboratively develops treatment plans and monitors progress of goals.
  • Responsible for coordination of care with internal/external providers and naturals supports.
  • Provides clinical supervision and training to PNMI direct care staff.
  • Creates and implements comprehensive discharge/aftercare plan for each individual.
  • Ensures proper releases and service agreements are acquired.
  • Ensure documentation is timely and reflects medical necessity.
  • Attends treatment team and service planning meetings when requested.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, clinical counseling, or other comparable mental health program.  

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, conditional licensure accepted.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working with dual diagnoses (MH/SA) or substance abuse preferred.
