Clinical Supervisor - Adult and Child BHH and ACIS Lewiston

We are looking to hire the right person to join an experienced, not-for-profit leadership team with one of Maine's most comprehensive behavioral healthcare organizations.  Bring your expertise, enthusiasm and dedication to support our Brunswick Adult Behavioral Health Home and Adult Community Integration teams.  Our ideal candidate will have all required qualifications along with compassion and a sense of humor.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday.  Generous paid time off.  No on-call.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:        
  • Provide professional leadership to a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Coordinates recruitment and hiring of direct service staff.
  • Collaborates with other departments within agency.
  • Conducts qualitative reviews of electronic health records.
  • Train and coach direct care staff.
  • Demonstrates skill in training and supporting staff in the role of the care coordinator.
  • Manage productivity and documentation requirements.
  • Manage staff schedules.
  • Adhere to all organization and licensing standards, regulations and policies.
  • Monitors the program budget.


    EDUCATION:

    • Master’s degree in Social Work, counseling or closely related field with some concentration in family systems and family development required.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
    • LCSW or LCPC (IL) required.
    • Valid state driver’s license at time of hire.

    EXPERIENCE: 

  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience.

  • Two years supervisory experience preferred.
